SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...

As the Director of Digital Transformation Services, you will be leading a global team of developers, system administrators, and architects that are focused on delivering the best possible customer experience for our employees and customers. This is a highly strategic and critical role that will drive the growth of both IT and CX, and you will be a key part of the larger initiative for the overall digital transformation journey of Pure.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL.....

Build a strong tools and technology team composed of a mixture of internal and external resources that will provide automation and infrastructure, working alongside production and development teams in a fast and creative atmosphere.

Directly manage managers and engineers, developing them into strong contributors and leaders.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, IT, CX and DX teams to drive the modern data experience at Pure.

Drive plans for tooling, automation, artificial intelligence and system improvements for the Corporate ServiceNow platform and Customer Experience organization.

Own the overall roadmap, delivery, maintenance and support of services systems, including ServiceNow, Nice InContact, Alvaria, KeyedIn and Forethought.

Use data analysis to understand and prioritize initiatives, measure and track key objectives

Drive improvements based on data analysis and evidence to bring positive change to Global Technical Support

Foster continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to collaborate across support and engineering teams in order to drive fast issue resolution, identify process improvements and issue volume analysis during Support-Engineering interactions.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

10 years of experience in services operations or equivalent strategy/project delivery management experience for enterprise software or Technical Services Organizations.

Experience leading distributed teams, handling multiple stakeholders and functions.

Ability to present to executives and communicate with a highly technical management team.

Excellent project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Excellent business judgment.

Experience

5 years within Business Systems or Technical Services organizations.

Ability to work in diverse, fast paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams

Ability to juggle multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously

Passion for managing and growing engineers and leaders

Team player who will work across the organization to create and drive an actionable strategy
