Responsibilities

The Your Home Advantage (YHA) Market Clinical Manager (MCM) will lead a team of Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Clinicians (ARNP and PA) responsible for member outreach with In-Home Wellness Assessments (IHWA). The Market Clinical Manager provides leadership, clinical management and administrative oversight in strategic and operational plans for a team of advanced practice providers. The Market Clinical Manager will manage APPs/Clinicians through training and performance evaluations and will drive high quality in clinical care and documentation performance in the market/region.

The MCM will apply strong clinical and management knowledge to coach and lead APP Clinicians to foster meaningful member/patient interaction.

The Manager is:

accountable for achievement of the organization's vision and goals in delivering clinical quality results in the member's End-to-End Experience;

responsible for the development, implementation and revision of policies, procedures and protocols, in collaboration with YHA/YHA Physician leadership to ensure compliance and attainment of organizational goals;

at the helm of assuring adherence to professional standards, accreditation and regulatory requirements impacting the organization

Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse, Physician Assistant or Advance Registered Nurse Practitioner Degree

Master's Degree

Active RN, PA or ARNP license

5 or more years of clinical professional experience

2 or more years of supervisory or management experience

Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data trends

Progressive business consulting and/or operational leadership experience

Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Must have a separate room with a locked door that can be used as a home office to ensure you have absolute and continuous privacy while you work

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.

This role is part of Humana's Driver safety program and therefore requires an individual to have a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100,000/300,000/100,000 limits

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced degree in business health field

Clinical experience in home wellness, geriatrics

Knowledge of managed care

Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM CST/EST

Location : Combination of work at home, field visits and/or travel within the markets below.
