Job Summary

Effectv, the sales division of Comcast Advertising, is looking for a Senior Manager of Product Marketing to manage the positioning and go-to-market efforts of our data-driven audience-targeted products. You'll help define their unique value proposition and create content to educate our sales team and business partners on how they help drive better business outcomes for our customers. You will be the Product Marketing stakeholder for all go-to-market activities throughout the product lifecycle, working cross-functionally with Product Management, Data/Engineering, Yield/Monetization, Project Management, Learning and Performance, and Sales Marketing teams. This role is part of the Sales Development organization, reporting into the VP, Product Marketing and adhering to the goals of the SVP, Sales Development.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Lead Product Marketing efforts for several key products currently in market or in development, including but not limited to Audience-based Multiscreen, Addressable, and Bring Your Own Data.

Lead Product Marketing efforts for key sales verticals including but not limited to National, Political, Auto, Emerging Verticals, and Strategic Growth.

Develop and present product update highlights on bimonthly calls with sales leaders and stakeholders (avg 100 attendance).

Maintain and ensure accuracy of all internal materials for above products; partner with Sales Marketing to develop language for all client-facing materials relating to above products and verticals.

Partner with Senior Manager of Product Marketing on reporting details for all products above.

Partner with Learning and Performance team as first point of contact / subject matter expert on above products in creation of educational modules.

Partner with Brand Marketing / Creative teams on content for website, media kits, marketing materials.

Partner with Sales Dev Regions/Enterprise stakeholders on product-related efforts as needed

Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Education

Bachelor's Degree

While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.

Relevant Work Experience

7-10 Years

Salary:

Pay Range: $113,747.28 - $170,620.92

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.

Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
