You achieve happiness in seeing customers use new technology approaches to solving hard security problems.In the role of Senior Director, Product Management & Technology Alliances, you will be a catalyst within Comcast Technology Solution's exciting new cyber security business unit, which sells SaaS and subscription security solutions to the large enterprise and federal government. Currently, two solutions, BluVector and DataBee, both used internally by the Comcast CISO organization, are sold by the business unit. These solutions are advanced threat detection, advanced threat hunting and security operations center and compliance offerings that improve security and compliance in an efficient manger. DataBee is the BU's growth engine and is an innovative security & compliance data fabric platform.Reporting to Vice President Product Management & Technology Alliances of the CTS Cyber Security business unit, you will drive key value into the DataBee roadmap through owning execution and growth of our third party data relationships. Specifically you will also be the product owner for our feeds, and our detections. In addition you will lead the business line for our strategic partnership with Snowflake and other data providers. You are encouraged to use past creative experience, product management skills and sound business judgment to make decisions on the best way to build a product that delights customers and meets our business objectives.Core Responsibilities
Lead and own 3rd party product integration feeds, detections, and technology alliance partnerships
Own broad set of integrations that support the data fabric platform including but not limited to 3rd party data ingest sources, data enrichment & threat intel feeds, and outputting data to other security solutions e.g. SIEM, BI, and other analytics tools
Work directly with and serve as product owner leader for scrum teams located in Chennai, India (early mornings required if located in a western US time zone)
Engage with partners and customers to identify product integration opportunities that address customer use cases
Work closely with solution architecture and engineering to develop & prioritize integration roadmap, validate & certify partner integrations, and handle the overall 3rd party integration lifecycle
Lead GTM relationship, partner strategy, and co-sell with our key GTM partner Snowflake (potentially other select cloud data and cybersecurity partners) to develop new sales and customer engagements
Working effectively with all areas of the organization spanning different countries and regions including sales, marketing, engineering in India, and partners in California
Develop partner PR, blogs, sales enablement, and other thought leadership content to drive awareness of partner integrations and support co-sell activities
Stay abreast of the latest trends in the security data fabric space
Travel up to 20% of the time to Washington, DC or Philadelphia, PA metro locations to meet with broader development team
Additional Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred, or equivalent experience
15 years proven experience in product management
5 years demonstrated experience in strategic business development or technology alliances
Strong technical understanding of Security Operating Center (SOC) solutions, SIEM, SOAR, XDR, big data analytics, log data collection, cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS Security Lake, etc)
Demonstrated experience in sales, joint go-to-market execution, and sell-with partner models
Experience leading cross-functional projects and stakeholders
Experience leading, selling ideas, influencing without authority, with a strong bias for action
Strong writing and presentation skills, and ability to connect with both an executive and technical audience
Strong analytical and go-to-market skills
Familiarity with pricing models for SIEMs,
Willingness to learn, get into the details, and determine things
Comfortable with uncertainty and making decisions with limited data
Experience managing development teams in India
Experience accelerate data feed ingest to SIEM or other security analytics products
Additional Desired Skills and Experience:
Experience working in companies of different sizes, ideally a mix of startup and large companies
Experience developing products in an agile development environment
Experience with supporting partnerships with hyperscalers and listing solutions sold through cloud marketplaces such as AWS, Azure, GCP

Pay Range: $184,568.76 - $276,853.14
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
