\u003cli\u003eResponsible for oversight and management of local office facility, including liaison with local building management and coordination of local maintenance/repair issues.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAccountable for the organization and productivity of all facilities and office services functions including reception, mail, photocopy, messenger, purchasing and supplies.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eResponsible for ensuring that all mail and photocopy equipment is functioning properly including making arrangements for maintenance and repairs, and supplies related to equipment.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eResponsible for local vendor performance by managing local supplier relationships, including adherence to national agreements.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eResponsible for evaluating and recommending changes or additions to service offerings and equipment to manage costs and achieve efficiencies.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAccountable for local office emergency response and safety programs.\u003c/li\u003e
