Description

The Lead Product Manager conceives of, develops, delivers, and manages products for customer use specific to Clinical applications and processes. The Lead Product Manager works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.

Responsibilities

The Lead Product Manager Leads all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to introduction into the Clinical and Operational spaces, by developing products to meet specific Clinical customer needs and achieve specific cost and success outcomes. Engage and collaborate with functional/operational leaders to identify opportunities for efficiency with automation. Once products are launched, monitors efficacy of products and uses customer and business partner feedback to ensure products are meeting customer needs across each customer segments (Medicare, Medicaid, Utilization Management, Care Management), adjusting products over time to continue to achieve the desired outcomes. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action. Provides timely and accurate information to leadership.

Required Qualifications

Automation Anywhere experience

Agile life cycle and product owner experience

Proficient translating business needs into technical requirements

Experience in strategy and driving roadmaps

Leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and/or certifications in automation/robotics

Experience working with contractors/vendors

Experience in CGX and/or Clinical Applications

Additional Information

10% travel

Work-At-Home Requirements

WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense.

A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required.

Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role.

A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

Interview Process

As part of our hiring process, we will be using an exciting interviewing technology provided by Modern Hire, a third-party vendor. This technology provides our team of recruiters and hiring managers an enhanced method for decision-making.

If participating in a SMS Text interview, you will be asked a series of questions to which you will be using your cell phone or computer to answer the questions provided. Expect this type of interview to last anywhere from 5-10 minutes. Your recorded interview(s) via text and/or pre-recorded voice will be reviewed and you will subsequently be informed if you will be moving forward to next round of interviews.
