This is a part-time position based in Texas.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will help to continually develop the results-driven initiatives that define our success and are transforming healthcare.
This position is responsible for developing and managing the business and consumer vendor and association relationships for short and long term sales, financial and strategic goals are achieved. This includes identifying new vendors and association partnerships and developing and maintaining key contacts and relationships with vendors, associations, and franchises. Strives to support the growth of business through: continued development programs including the recruitment and launch of new vendors and associations as well as consumers under the Employee Discount Program; development staff and leadership's understanding of new and existing vendors; development and standardization of vendor and association marketing, processes; oversight of association shareback; oversight of marketing of vendor partners to membership; standardization of business processes and operations for new lines of business; and identifying and recruiting new vendors and associations.
','!*!Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field or experience equivalent required.
Four to six years of related experience.
Deep knowledge and an acute understanding of industry business practices, financial modeling and boundaries are must.
Requires being comfortable, professional, well- spoken and thoughtful with Executives, Vendor & Member partners.
High level of marketing campaigns, lead generation, business analytics, public speaking and presentation skills are required.
Requires the ability of high-level decision making, development & implementation of business strategies including the design/redesign of Company sales positions in order to best meet the needs of the business.
Requires strong skills in composure, business acumen and thinking on the fly.
High-levels of industry knowledge, flexibility, ingenuity, innovation to complete deals.
This position travels 25% of the time.
