Aon Is Looking for a U.S. Broking Product Manager As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Health Solutions U.S. Broking practice at Aon. As a U.S. Broking Product Manager, you will report directly to the U.S. Broking Team Lead and have 4 direct reports which include entry to senior level colleagues. This role can be worked virtually from anywhere in the Continental United States. Your Impact as a U.S. Broking Product Manager: The Aon Health Solutions U.S. Broking team is dedicated to supporting the business through the centralization of transactions including requests for proposal (RFPs) and renewals related to coverages including Medical, Stop Loss, Life, Disability, Voluntary Benefits, Dental, Vision, Spending Accounts, and COBRA administration. This team works closely with carriers and local client teams to drive client value and thought leadership through a more focused and efficient broking model. The Product Program Manager supports the U.S. Broking delivery model. Liaises and collaborates with other Product Program Managers, Poland and India Broking colleagues. Provides leadership and oversight for the broking carriers. Explores opportunities to expand carrier relationships. Partners with Broking leaders to continuously improve deliverable projects. Job Responsibilities:Closely aligns with Broking Practice Leaders on strategy and approachInterprets and analyzes competitive marketing results to understand and assess market trendsCollaborates closely with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely creation and delivery of market analysisLeads and contributes to special projects to strengthen our value to key stakeholdersUtilizes subject matter expertise to continuously evaluate current processes and ensure effectiveness of U.S. Broking operations Subject matter expert to answer market trend and product questions from the fieldAssists field in product sales You Bring Knowledge and Expertise: Required Experience5 years of health benefits and management experienceStrong organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task and work within deadlines Benefit consulting or benefits management experience Strong project management discipline and experience leading projects independently Professional approach and strong written and oral communication skills Strong product knowledge (Medical, Medical Stop Loss, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Spending Accounts, Voluntary Benefits, and COBRA Administration) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint Life and Health license Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience We offer youA competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.The salary range for this position is $98,700 annually. The amount of the incentive varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan..
