The Associate Director, Strategic Integrated Evidence Lead, reports to the Executive Director, Medical Data Generation and Strategic Collaborations within the Global Medical Affairs, Hematology department. The primary responsibility is to lead the development, tracking and maintenance of the Integrated Evidence Plans for the assets in Lymphoma, including CAR T.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Leading the development, tracking and maintenance of the Integrated Evidence Plans (IEP) for assets in Lymphoma, including CAR T
Developing IEP(s) that reflects asset strategy, market priorities and medical data generation support (investigator vs company sponsored research) in collaboration with the Lymphoma Global Medical Disease Team and cross-functional teams including but not limited to Global Drug Development, Translational Development, HEOR and others
Developing Areas of Interest (AOI) based on key open data questions (ODQ) identified in the IEP with market input in collaboration with the Lymphoma Global Medical Disease Team
Assessing and identifying any disease area gaps not addressed by the IEP(s) Skills/Knowledge Required:
Advanced science/research background (PharmD or PhD preferred)
Basic knowledge of disease area
Ability to think strategically with strong project management or related skills
Demonstrated ability to manage timelines and quality of work using strong organizational, communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills in a cross-functional team
