Job Summary
Responsible for oversight and management of Technical Integration Management Office (TIMO) organization and ensures execution of multiple technical integrations, in parallel, delivering integrations on time and within the acceptable, defined budget. Both directly manages a team of TIMO staff and works directly on defining, coordinating, and executing integrations. Ensures operational integration plans are aligned with business objectives.
Job Description
Participates in coordination and creation of strategic plan for IT integrations for acquisitions, divestiture, or business expansion. Partners with stakeholders to develop and execute integration and strategic planning. Works individually and coordinates the TIMO team to ensure project plans are documented and being executed against timely. Sets strategic direction for TIMO through setting goals, identifying, and implementing process improvements, seeking and acting on feedback from key stakeholders, and establishing methodologies that seek to reflect the best possible user experiences for employees during times of major organizational change.
Core Responsibilities:
Provides leadership and management to the TIMO team.
Instructs and balances team on and across program specific assignments and objectives.
Trains, hires, develops, and retains staff.
Executes performance management responsibilities including staff performance and compensation administration.
Assists in evaluation of budgetary and supplemental staffing needs as necessary to meet the needs of integration programs.
Acts as a liaison for stakeholder and ensure status, reporting, and metrics on program progression are provided regularly.
Proactively ensure timeliness and financial prudence through thorough program review and through managing risks and issues
Elevates and escalates program slowdowns, dependencies, or impacts that will notably change the target program date, quality, or costs.

Bachelor's Degree
