POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the VP Supply Corporate Business Process, the Director – Supply Corporate Business Process is a key leader driving enablement of PVH Supply Strategies and Power Plans. Responsible for initiatives to align Supply business processes and technology solutions to leverage the scale of PVH, maximize efficiencies and expand digital opportunities. This person will collaborate across diverse, global business communities to prioritize and orchestrate transformative business change.
The role requires a strong ability to connect the dots, provide strategic communication, problem solving, meeting facilitation, proactive leadership along with the executive and emotional presence to inspire and influence change across the organization.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Business Process Excellence.
Drive the advancement of PVH’s end-to-end Supply processes, capabilities and performance spanning product development, planning, sourcing, supplier engagement and production.
Document, implement, and maintains business process projects with impacts across multiple regions ensuring consistency and quality.
Work with process teams in regions and business units to identify risk & benefits of process changes.
Actively partner with regional Business teams, IT and Suppliers to drive change initiatives, facilitate implementation, create alignment and standardization across regions and businesses.
Draw connections between initiatives and asks to determine synergies and priorities.
Develop tools and best practices for business process management, methodology and execution.
Digitization
Develop current and future-state vision of the processes and technologies required to enable key Supply strategies in partnership with IT.
Activities include analyzing the process and technology architecture, evaluating gaps, create roadmaps for digital enablement and end-state vision of processes mapped to systems.
Articulate vision, socialize with stakeholders and secure buy-in.
Secure alignment with Supply and IT leadership on technology roadmap priorities.
Project Management
Manage project development and stakeholder buy-in from initiation, to closure for strategic initiatives within the PVH Supply Corporate team.
Be accountable for project results along with Project Owner.
Adhere to established PMO procedures and templates for best-in-class project management capabilities. Drive success in the portfolio.
Work with project owner and stakeholders to complete and maintain project documents outlining scope, goals, schedule, required resources, RACI, budget, status and timing.
Define mechanisms to measure initiative impact, ensure intended results are achieved and avert process drift over time.
Lead/Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timelines are maintained, scope is managed & milestones are achieved.
Leadership
Delegate and empower cross-functional teams to achieve business goals through process excellence.
Drive best practices adoption and consistency across regions and businesses.
Lead, coach, and motivate team members on a proactive basis.
Clearly communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders.
Act as a mediator between stakeholders to resolve issues across end-to-end business processes and projects.
Partner externally with PVH Supplier partners, consultants, industry groups and other companies to drive insights and thought leadership.
Develop relationships across organizational structures as trusted advisor and thought leader.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience:
10 years of experience in project and/or technology management with increasing level of responsibility.
Retail or CPG industry experience preferred
Demonstrated leadership in managing people.
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Strategic, operational, and technical marketing & management skills.
Rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities.
Excellent communication, leadership, problem solving, and analytical skills.
Ability to elicit cooperation from senior management and other departments
Education:
University degree or college diploma in business or a related field.
Six Sigma Certification a plus
Skills:
Practical experience documenting and mapping business processes and technology solution sets.
Technical acumen related to systems architecture and mapping. Ability to laisse with IT and business resources seamlessly.
Knowledge of relevant business process standards, modeling and simulation tools.
Excellent, articulate and detailed communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong leadership and negotiation skills
Ability to influence others cross functionally including senior leadership
Strong ability to create positive intent and encourage positive outlook during times of change and uncertainty.
Strong quantitative, analytical and critical thinking skills with demonstrated use of data to drive decision making and continuous improvement
Strongly Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Smartsheet
Familiarity with project management tools and/or software packages.
