POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior Director of Talent Development is responsible for setting strategy for global People Development, and for driving the execution of those strategies in North America.
The Senior Director leads the alignment of global leadership development strategy, and is responsible for developing a global approach and curricula for enterprise digital and data literacy. They lead the global design and deployment of functional development initiatives (i.e., HR, Supply)to support the evolution of our business and talent needs. They will coach and guide their team in delivering strong solutions that align to the global strategy and meet the needs of the North America audience.
They work closely with those responsible for learning technologies, learner experience, learning analytics, enterprise systems training, and executive development, as well as counterparts leading leadership, people, and functional development in other regions.
The ideal candidate takes an enterprise-wide mindset to their work to develop strategy and execution plans. They mobilize resources to drive results and partner with key stakeholders at all levels within various regions, brands, functions and business areas. They structure solutions that build engagement and enhance the end user experience, Senior Director, Talent Development(Leadership, People & Functional Development) 2and they place emphasis on driving the achievement of PVH’s strategic priorities by leveraging talent expertise.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Recommend and implement global learning strategy for leadership and functional development, and develop operational plans aligned to Global HR and Talent Development strategies
Contribute to the development of global leadership development strategy and lead execution for North America region
Cultivate close partnerships with those responsible for implementing leadership and functional development in regions
Lead and influence global Talent Development partners – including peers and those more senior – in driving associate engagement with PVH University and a learning culture:
Source and select key partners to drive global PVH University engagement, especially in areas of leadership, HR, Supply, digital and data literacy
Use data to educate and facilitate decision making
Contribute to enhancing learner experience
Establish and evolve operating models to drive results across diverse groups
Lead team in building relationships with business leaders and in creating talent development solutions
Challenge the status quo through introduction of new concepts, services, approaches, and products for a diverse global audience
Develop and evolve global talent development measurement strategy; analyze data to make and facilitate collective decisions with global partners
Proactively identify and recommend ways to operationalize concepts to drive engagement, efficiency, and scale
Leverage the PVH University learning technologies to maximize impact of training and optimize learner experience
Consult with and influence senior leadership regarding talent development strategy and initiatives, including upskilling and deep-skilling
Lead the implementation of global and regional marketing and communication efforts across all channels (email, internal social media, websites, etc.) for areas of focus
In collaboration with key partners, develop and implement a global I&D curriculum Work in partnership with global talent teams and COE leaders to drive overarching Talent Development and HR priorities
Lead cross-functional task forces of diverse make-up, including managers and professional associates
Establish and maintain strong relationships with external vendor partners, facilitators
Partner with Retail Operations team to drive adoption of PVH University with Retail population and develop learning strategy
Experience:
10+ years of experience in training program design, development, and implementation, inclusive of in-person, virtual, digital, video-based, micro, and simulation-based learning; experience in leadership development preferred
8+ years of experience in talent solution development
8+ years of experience in working with transformation initiatives, the future of work, upskilling / deep-skilling, etc.
Advanced knowledge of talent development strategy and methodology
Leading teams, including other people managers, professional associates, and cross-functional partners
Developing and maintaining internal/external relationships
Project management and leadership
Experience with marketing and communication tactics and measurement
Data analysis, reporting, and summarizing data for key stakeholders; experience with Tableau or PowerBI preferred
Experience in consulting or advising a plus
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred

Pay Range:
$160,000 - $190,000
PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
