Description

The Workforce Management Supervisor applies and integrates advanced and predictive analysis, people metrics and reporting to develop strategic and operational insights for workforce decision-making (e.g., staffing, learning and development, talent management, diversity and human resource compliance). The Workforce Management Supervisor supports Your Home Advantage (YHA), Humana's wholly owned house call offering for annual in-home health and well-being assessments acquired in 2015. A licensed doctor or nurse practitioner comes to the member's door to answer questions and explain how members can take advantage of Humana's programs.

Responsibilities

The Workforce Management Supervisor uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors to solve basic problems; collaborates with management and top professionals/specialists in selection of methods, techniques, and analytical approach.The Workforce Management Supervisor follows established procedures and guidelines and is responsible for but not limited to the following:

Providing timely and effective support,

Ensuring responses to members, clinician and/or provider inquiries are completed on a timely basis to achieve service and quality standards.

Making daily decisions related to schedule, plans and daily operations.

Performing escalated or more complex work of a similar nature, and supervises a team of associates; coordinates and provides day-to-day oversight to associates.

Ensuring consistency in execution across team. Holds team members accountable for following established policies.

The hours for this position will be M-F from 9:00AM to 5:30PM with occasional overtime and Saturdays required.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

4 - 6 years of Workforce Management experience

Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Strong analysis, critical thinking, and analytical problem solving skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Must live within a commutable distance to Deerfield Beach. FL

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in Process Improvement or Project Management

Healthcare staffing experience
