\u003cp\u003eThe Muriel Wright Recovery Center CRT is a 15-bed, voluntary crisis residential treatment center on Santa Clara County\u0026rsquo;s Muriel Wright behavioral health campus in San Jose, California. The CRT is co-located on the same campus as the Substance Use Treatment Services (SUTS) program.\u0026nbsp; The program was created as an alternative to and diversion from Emergency Psychiatric Services (EPS), acute psychiatric hospitalization, and incarceration. The CRT will serve a co-ed population with 90% male and 10% female census predicted; all referrals will be persons with justice-involved mental health status. The average length of stay for this program is 14-21 days.\u0026nbsp; The Muriel Wright Recovery Center CRT program is under contract with Santa Clara County Behavioral Health Services Department.\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cspan\u003e\u0026nbsp;\u003c/span\u003e\u003c/strong\u003e\u003c/p\u003e
\u003cp\u003eThe Administrator will also oversee the adjacent program, \u003cspan\u003eThe Muriel Wright Recovery Center SUTS. This program helps people with active substance use issues to transition out of jail more effectively and begin the recovery process in a supportive environment. All services are mental health-informed, using approaches such as Motivational Interviewing and Stages of Change to help engage people in treatment. SUTS services are heavily group-based to build community and support, and are based on the Integrated Dual Disorder Treatment (IDDT) curriculum, a SAMSHA Evidence-Based Practice. Additional services include Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), relapse prevention, physical health screenings, etc.\u0026nbsp; The Muriel Wright Recovery Center SUTS program is an ASAM Level 3.1 service and is operated under contract with Santa Clara County Behavioral Health Services Department.\u003c/span\u003e\u003c/p\u003e

This involves ensuring regulatory compliance, actively overseeing Quality Assurance Performance Improvements. Additionally, the Administrator collaborates with all Corporate departments and outside consultants. Ensures all regulatory requirements are met.
