QuoteWizard by LendingTree is launching a brand-new innovative product into the automotive retail marketplace and our team is expanding. We are currently seeking a talented and successful Relationship Manager to join the team. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining engagement, driving user activity, and growing the overall relationship with our automotive client base to maximize revenues. This role will be in Seattle, WA including the surrounding metropolitan area. This person will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of professionalism and providing a great customer experience to all clients, while consistently meeting and/or exceeding monthly goals.

Responsibilities

Cultivate current dealer partnerships and engage with all active users to drive activity in the active accounts.

Manage and maintain the user base in accounts.

Achieve and exceed activity targets and monthly goals.

Timely communication with client questions and follow up to insure resolution and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate and support team members in an open and encouraging environment.

Document all activities and manage business diligently within internal systems.

Qualifications

2 years demonstrated selling and/or relationship building skills along with a consistent track record of meeting/exceeding goals.

A natural ability to generate positive relationships with clients to achieve internal goals.

Ability to resolve issues, ensure client happiness, and increase client activity.

Ability to build and leverage networks & relationships internally and externally.

Ability to confront problems promptly and act decisively.

Exhibit sound judgment and integrity.

Creative problem solving and a willingness to go above and beyond to enhance the client experience.

You are proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (Email, Salesforce, Excel, etc).

You have experience using social networking tools.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Prefer BA/BS; High School Diploma required.

Flexible in hours (only if needed).

Strong background in the Automotive Industry including relationship experience with automotive dealerships, consulting, former GM/GSM/Dealer, banking, and/or F&I experience. (Preferred but not necessary)
