Description
The purpose of the AVP, Technology Solutions is to implement and optimize SalesForce/ARC, that will allow Humana to efficiently scale operations, introduce new differentiating capabilities and improve overall quality needed for the growth strategy and our overall financial targets. The AVP, Technology Solutions will also be responsible for Business Intelligence and Sales Operations/Compensation.
Responsibilities
TECHNOLOGY SOLUTION IMPLEMENTATION
Leads the Business Systems Transformation effort for Employer Group to enable agile digital first experiences that deliver excellent customer service at operational scale.
Develops and Gains approval for updated digital transformation roadmap. Deliver/Launch capabilities as per the agreed roadmap.
Reengages all program stakeholders to create awareness, gain support and to ensure advocacy for the Group CRM Program.
Leverages the capabilities of the Salesforce/Vlocity CRM Platform to reduce overall operational costs.
Aligns Group CRM Capability Deliverables to identified Process Transformation needs with defined ROI Model for each major grouping of needs.
Develops Long Term Administrative cost savings models for streamlining roles and processes in the Product area, Rating, Quoting and UW, Sales organization and Account Installation.
Reduction in IT costs by reducing maintenance on existing systems
Leverages and Manages Vendor to improve outcomes and improve the value we receive through our contracts with them.
Deliver capabilities that enable the Medical and Specialty Growth Strategy.
Accelerates delivery of Large Group capabilities.
Increases sales by using new pipeline management tools in Salesforce.
Partners with Marketing to enable execution of Marketing Cloud Roadmap and refined messaging and value proposition in growth strategy.
Delivers capabilities that enable Open Enrollment improvement.
Leads a team that documents business system and functional requirements, influences system design to optimize support and ensures solutions meet the business objectives and requirements.
Oversee the implementation of design and requirements, testing, operational readiness, and transition to the appropriate production support team.
Implements strategic plans, drives goals and objectives, and improves performance
BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE:
Leads the optimizing the Group Segment's reporting capability, delivering contemporary and actionable reporting, well-rounded insights, and proactive recommendations that are contemporary and enable a differentiated presence within Humana.
Leads a team the is responsible for the development of network adequacy intel, proposals, reports, and correspondence for Commercial Medical, Specialty, Wellness and Group Medicare opportunities through processing of network accessibility reports and related projects.
COMPENSATION:
Leads the Sales Compensation strategy and a team responsible for the design, implementation and administration of various associate and contracted producer compensation, bonus, incentive and contest programs.
Required Qualifications
Masters Required
8 or more years of technology implementation experience
5 or more years of leadership experience
Advanced knowledge of and experience with CRM implementations, technology solutions, data, modeling, and optimization tools
Advanced knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle, Waterfall, and Agile Development Methodologies
Experience in IT business analysis, including artifacts development
Experience problem solving and consultation within complex environments
Facilitating cross-functional teams' efforts
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Requires an in-depth understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across the function or segment
