Position Summary:
The Commercial Planning Solutions Senior Product Manager is responsible for delivering solutions that enable improved decision support capabilities of the planning functions globally across all Business Units of PVH. The Commercial Planning Solutions Senior Product Manager will be the direct liaison to Global Planning and our regional planning teams across PVH brands globally. This role will collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into technical product requirements, partnering with solution development and engineering teams to build and deliver world-class technology solutions.
Focus on driving end-to-end planning to execution solutions to improve our ability to go to market with the right product, positioned to be responsive to consumer demand and optimize our fulfillment to maximize our profitability and in support of our sustainability goals as an organization. Capability deliver will involve significant transformation in ways of working to leverage advanced analytics, predictive and optimization technology and process integration to improve business outcomes and create appropriate controls as PVH moves towards automation and optimized execution.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities of the Job:
Development of product management solutions includes global design considerations and considers solutions and methodologies to deploy global solutions with regional enhancements or extensions to achieve fit required dependent on unique regional needs. Design system capabilities with a product mindset, and drive process and system change across Brands, Business Units and regions of PVH.
Understand and drive the use of data for business prediction, decision support optimization and establishment and enhancement of KPIs across the business units.
Understand business needs and system capabilities to develop creative solutions. Develop system capability roadmaps aligned to business and technology strategy.
Present solutions to business management and IT management groups both at the regional and global point of view.
Develop and review specifications and ensure alignment and feasibility is understood across business and TPG stakeholders and adjust design accordingly.
Participate and lead project teams, onboard internal and external resources and manage project deliverables to milestones. Ensure successful delivery of small to large sized projects as well as managing expectations of stakeholders, and planning resources.
Work with developers and solution providers to ensure software development meets the business needs.
Drive system, integration and user acceptance testing processes yielding high quality deployments.
Work collaboratively with regions and business unit leadership to establish adoption metrics and delivery of business case results. Take product mindset to overcome barriers to attaining potential business case and lead efforts to reach strategic goals and vision attainment.
Experience:
8+ years designing and developing advanced business solutions for a large size, preferably a global company operating with multiple regions and stakeholder groups. Apparel experience highly preferred.
Education:
Master's Degree Preferred
Knowledge/Skills Required:
Ability to influence direction and oversee large change programs across global business units and stakeholders particularly in the application of predictive analytics, data science applications, data visualization and optimization toolsets. IT experience in design, implementation and continuous improvement of advanced planning and analytics solutions.
Deep experience in solution delivery for retail planning functions including assortment planning, merchandise financial planning, allocation and replenishment is preferred. Broad understanding of go to market and supply chain business process is expected.
Must be a strong team leader, and have demonstrated skills in human relations dealing with a highly diverse workforce, domestically and internationally.
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Visio and MS Project.
