POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for establishing the Supply Project Management Office (PMO) and collaborating with cross-functional partners on initiatives driving the success of PVH Supply Strategies and Power Plans. This leader will connect to the larger Supply organization to drive critical business change across our businesses while defining a PMO practice that drives consistent, high quality results throughout the project lifecycle.  The role encompasses PMO tool and methodology creation, discovery, project planning, problem solving, risk management, meeting and steering committee facilitation, consensus building and communication.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Project Management Office (PMO)
Establish the Supply Project Management Office to drive supply initiatives across regional and corporate teams.
Establish mechanisms for best-in-class project management capabilities, ensuring consistency across brands and regions.
Define common templates and processes for intake, prioritization, portfolio dashboards, reporting of project status, milestones, risks, dependencies, etc.
Drive adoption of PMO best practices, encourage reuse of established templates and procedures
Keep up to date on digital tools and best practices for project management
Project Management
Lead the coordination and enablement of Supply Power Plan execution across regional, corporate, and functional teams
Lead Supply programs and projects that require coordination with global cross-functional teams to ensure timelines are maintained & milestones are achieved.
Draw connections between initiatives and asks to determine synergies and priorities. Articulate vision and socialize with stakeholders.
Manage project development and stakeholder buy-in from initiation through closure.
Create and maintain project plans and manage project deliverables including RACI, resource needs, scope, budget, timelines, interdependencies, enablers, risks, etc.
Manage scope and resolve issues throughout project life cycle
Determine how project results will be measured
Be accountable for project results along with Project Owner.
Communication
Facilitate project steering committee meetings with leadership
Create leadership communications to share status, escalate roadblocks, and relay progress
Build censuses and act as mediator across regional and functional teams
Clearly communicate expectations to stakeholders and team member
Facilitate milestone meetings and other meetings critical to the progress of projects
Track and report on business process milestones and provide status reports to sponsors
Leadership
Lead, coach, and motivate team members on a proactive basis.
Identify and nurture talent to ensure skillsets of the future and succession plans are in place
Coach other project managers across the enterprise
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience:Â Â Â
10+ years in consulting or project management with increasing level of responsibility.
10 years of experience in the retail industry
Demonstrated leadership in managing people.
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
PMI Certification required
LEAN, Six Sigma Certification preferred
MBA or Master Degree in Business a plus

Familiarity with project management tools and/or software packages.
Strong organizational skills
Ability to rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities.
Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire and manage cross-functional teams
