This position reports to the Executive Director, Contract Operations and Government Reporting within US Value, Access and Payment and will be responsible for supporting the realization of short-term and long-term strategic initiatives and driving alignment on continuous improvements within business processes. This role will lead and plan the execution of key projects and strategies to support continuously evolving business needs.

Responsibilities include:

Drive and serve as the contact point for strategic planning processes within the Contract Operations and Government Reporting organization.

Govern and monitor the execution of key initiatives against objectives in terms of progress to plan and desired outcomes.Deliver updates and recommendations on progress, risks and actions required to attain objectives.

Resource planning and staffing across complex initiatives within a challenging environment with multiple priorities.

Ensure that all policies, procedure and processes are followed to ensure compliance with external and internal requirements and within SOX and audit requirements, as applicable.

Effectively build and maintain relationships within VAP as well as with a variety of internal matrix teams including but not limited to Legal, IT, Customer Service Operations, Finance, Brand Marketing and Compliance.

Coordinate between internal and various external partners including IMS, Model N, External Legal partners and strategic consulting firms.

Assist in the management and completion of ad-hoc projects, tasks, and deliverables in a detailed and prioritized manner within the team and according to established deadlines.

The desired candidate will have the following qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology or other technical discipline.

Minimum of 15 plus years of relevant project management experience leading complex, cross-functional business and enterprise-wide strategic projects. Demonstrated ability to business partner at the senior leadership level.

Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certifications are required.

Proficiency in project management software tools.

Strong critical thinking, analytical skills, and ability to understand context and likely challenges.

Excellent communication and presentation skills along with the ability to influence and lead teams.

Experience in the following areas is strongly preferred: U.S healthcare environment; pharmaceutical distribution model and practices; Commercial Operations and Government Reporting; U.S. order to cash and chargeback processes; Model N Revenue Management Software; and business/internal controls.

The successful candidate must have the ability to successfully manage competing priorities, meet challenging deadlines, and work independently and strategically across matrix organizations to develop a detailed understanding of processes for planning and execution purposes.

Demonstrated track record of strong attention to detail; accountability and ownership of results; effective and efficient time management and organizational skills.

Flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment with ability to build contingency plans.

Prior supervisory experience and ability and desire to develop others.

Ability to escalate issues as appropriate.

High level of personal accountability and integrity.
