Job Summary

The Senior Analyst, Project Managent role is the primary project management (PM) stakeholder across the Marketing Technology and Consumer Marketing organization. They will support PM tool ownership, best practices, integrations, implementations, and training. This role is a highly cross-functional opportunity that sits on the greater Corporate Marketing Technology team and serves as the lead project manager tasked with tracking new data & capability intakes from start to finish in partnership with our IT developers, Data Program Managers and Go-To-Market planners. You will be responsible for building project plans and tracking milestones throughout the project lifecycle based on predetermined timelines and goals. This role is a hybrid position based out of the Philadelphia headquarters, with the expectation of coming into the office Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays while having the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Work cross-functionally with IT developers, Data Program Managers and Go-To-Market planners to scope, track, review and deliver on all new data & capability intakes

Manage and document project statuses, escalate risks, and coordinate milestones and plans with partner teams

Manage and support meeting ceremonies to include objectives, agendas, organizing meeting time and meeting notes, and ensuring teams stay on track to achieve stated objectives

Identify gaps, potential risks and propose options to overcome issues and roadblocks

Serve as the primary liaison between project teams and the greater Marketing Technology and Consumer Marketing teams via partnership with the IT Technical Project Managers and MarTech Data Program Managers

Serve as the mentor and/or partner to other project and program management roles across the Marketing organization, setting best practices for managing projects and processes

Consult other Marketing stakeholders to align processes and support partnership opportunities; responsible for driving process solutions between teams

Make recommendations regarding program needs, appropriate solutions to maintain optimal workflow, and leveraging our tools to their maximum potential

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with preferred focus on marketing, business management, project management or equivalent

5 years of experience in project and/or program management

Demonstrated success and experience implementing, managing, supporting, integrating, and training use of Project Management tools

Extensive experience managing marketing-focused projects and/or programs with multiple stakeholders

Experience with technology and software change management

Expertise and experience with Smartsheet and/or Atlassian PM Tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello)

Demonstrated success with agile project management methodologies

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Self-motivated, naturally curious, detail-oriented, and diligent
