The Director provides strategic advice on a range of issues affecting IGHS and UCSF’s global health programs, including defining areas of future investment, establishing partnerships with external organizations, participating in recruitments of high-profile faculty and staff leaders, standing up new research initiatives, conducting outreach to key donors, and translating trends in the global health landscape into IGHS and UCSF programmatic priorities. \u003cbr/\u003e\u003cbr/\u003eThe Director of Program Development and Strategy also serves as a strategic advisor to UCSF faculty and campus leadership on matters pertaining to global health research strategy, educational programs, and international research operations.
