Our Finance team serves as a critical business partner responsible for managing all global activities related to financial performance, accounting, tax, forecasting, risk management, and asset management.
What will I be doing?
As Manager, Global Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), you will help in leading the company’s enterprise-wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting process.
We believe initiative and independence are key requirements for this position.
More specifically, you will:
Support the team responsible for global oversight for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis of franchise fees, management fees, ownership, and corporate expense. This includes being a primary liaison with the Americas, EMEA, and APAC Operations Finance teams to ensure deadlines are timely and storylines are clearly explained/supported
Responsible for monthly roll-up of global forecast and preparation and presentation of Monthly Business Review which includes presentation of key performance indicators, forecast vs. forecast variance analysis as well as actual vs. forecast analysis
Support quarterly forecast for Earnings Release and serve as one of the main FP&A contacts for completion of Investor Relations supporting materials and follow-up questions
Prepare quarterly Board deck along with supporting cribs and notes for CFO/CEO presentation to Board
Prepare clear and concise variance explanations in order for management to easily understand variances between actual results and forecasts and prior year
Prepare and review weekly forecasts analysis and commentary
Prepare consolidated annual budget presentation
Develop team member talents and continuously looks for ways to improve processes and reporting
Prepare ad-hoc analysis and dashboards

Ability to collaborate with others and act objectively to effectively solve problems and stay on track towards accomplishing organizational goals
To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
Five (5) years of financial planning and analysis, including but not limited to, building operating budgets and forecasts.
Accomplished in financial reporting, financial modeling, and cost analysis at a large matrixed organization
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience building financial models
It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree and MS/MA Master’s Degree
Two (2) years of management experience
Proficiency in Oracle SmartView and Hyperion Essbase
