\u003cp\u003eUnder the general guidance of the VP of Communications, the Director will lead a small, internal team of marketing specialists and collaborate with key external partners to develop digital and traditional marketing strategies to meet the University\u0026rsquo;s enrollment goals.\u003c/p\u003e
\u003cp\u003eThe Director of Marketing is a dynamic, self-motivated individual who will drive new student enrollment by improving the quantity and quality of prospective student leads for Adler University\u0026rsquo;s 3-campus system (Chicago, Vancouver, and Online).\u003c/p\u003e
\u003cp\u003eThe Director is also responsible for leading regular conversations regarding marketing channel performance; developing and disseminating monthly reporting, and making tactical recommendations based on performance.\u003c/p\u003e
\u003cp\u003eThe successful candidate will have proven work experience as a Media Director, Media Planner, or similar role, with expertise in digital marketing management (SEM/SEO, display, and paid social media campaigns), creative vision and campaign development, and marketing analytics. The successful candidate will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a passion for the University\u0026rsquo;s unique mission and values.\u003c/p\u003e
