Job Summary

Responsible for the development, implementation and socialization of Compensation Pay Ranges. Engages with other senior leadership team members regarding the implementation and strategic insights related to the Market Pay process. Ensures data integrity and accuracy of compensation ranges and insights. Provides leadership and direction for diverse and complex projects. Contributes to the development of the organization's business strategy. Interprets business strategy and develops organizational objectives to align with this strategy. Typically manages multiple teams of professionals.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Oversees the strategy, development and coordination of the annual salary range process.

Provides guidance, leadership and consultation to Business units to assist with their strategic roadmaps.

Oversees data roadmap and liaisons with Data Services and TPX to ensure access to compensation data to drive actionable insights.

Strong collaboration with HR, Business Leaders, Finance and Talent.

Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Qualifications

10 years of relevant experience

Prior experience in running large-scale projects and leading cross-functional teams.

Strong leadership experience to provide direction, coaching and development opportunities for all direct reports.

Proven experience with influencing non-direct reports to drive initiatives.

Strong consulting skills with the ability to uncover business problems

Demonstrated ability to communicate to all levels or employees, including Director/VP level stakeholders in the Business Units & Divisions. Exhibit sophistication and savvy to partner and advise senior leadership. Demonstrated relationship management/partnership skills.

Strong storytelling and presentation skills.

Demonstrated ability to drive results (proactive, able to work effectively in a complex, fast-paced environment).

Bachelor's Degree
