Description
The Associate Director, Technology Solution Implementation delivers new technological solutions to meet business needs within a specified scope while aligned to enterprise objectives. The Associate Director, Clinical Release Management and Configuration Management will be responsible for leading the release management lifecycle for three enterprise scale products deployed on a single Salesforce Org.
The Associate Director will also have responsibility for leading an organization capability focused on configuration of existing and new Salesforce capabilities in support of Humana's enterprise clinical operating model, in home wellness assessment, and pharmacy clinical program operating areas.
Responsibilities
As a leader within Humana Clinical Technology Implementation organization you will be responsible for leading a new organization focused on scaled, enterprise release management on a single org Salesforce platform and developing new capabilities using Saleforce Health Cloud platform development tools.
The release management team will be responsible for implementing and managing release processes for code through development, test, and production environments. You will work collaboratively with all participants in software development projects include Humana's technology solutions leaders, Salesforce Center of Excellence, end user operational stakeholders, and user acceptance test leaders.
This will work closely with IT management to improve the software engineering processes and practices associated with continuously building, deploying, and updating software and environments.
Core Release Management responsibilities include:
Building and executing the release calendar in partnership with IT release managers from different portfolios and centralizing view of all releases.
Define the strategic direction for release management tools in collaboration with IT Dev Ops and Site Reliability Leaders to ensure the process requirements of release management are built in and automated
Will assist in managing projects and interdependencies to ensure milestone adherence to ensure the integrity of the release can be measured.
Clinical Technology Release Management and Configuration leader will also be accountable for leading a team of Salesforce developers to modify existing and create new capabilities in an effort to improve lead time to business value creation. The configuration organization will be responsible for support Care Management, In Home, and Pharmacy Salesforce capabilities.
Core responsibilities include:
Develop a team of Salesforce developers that will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios, and work through permutations to find the best solution possible.
Create processes and routines that ensure capabilities meet Humana quality assurance criteria
Partner with technology solutions leaders to ensure capability changes are managed as part of the overall Salesforce dev ops process
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
2 or more years of management experience
Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle, Waterfall, and Agile Development Methodologies
Experience in IT business analysis, including artifacts development
Experience problem solving and consultation within complex environments
Facilitating cross-functional teams' efforts
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree of Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field
