Description
The Director of Consumer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) leads and has ownership of the delivery of solutions to protect Humana's customers and business partners from internal and external security threats. This role will lead the CIAM team, and work closely with the IAM Product and Security Architecture teams, a diverse agile team to engage with CIAM business and technology stakeholders. This is a leadership and hands-on role, engaging with executive leadership in the company, focused specifically on external authentication (B2C, B2B) for Humana's clients and customers powered by ForgeRock. It requires a visionary looking for opportunities and innovative solutions in the Customer IAM space.

Responsibilities:
The Director of Consumer Identity & Management acts as a liaison and collaborates with the business and functional stakeholders to identify and deliver strategic enablement solutions, as well as providing financial oversight to stay within budget. Decisions are typically related to identifying and resolving complex technical and operational problems within department(s), and will lead multiple leaders and technical associates under them.
Required Qualifications:
Has prior experience leading sizable DevOps teams (> 25 people), engaging with senior stakeholders, and developing an operating model including financial oversight to achieve outcomes for customers in a Fortune 500 or similar institution
Has experience designing, developing and validating CIAM interfaces to applications and can lead a team to do the same, particularly on the ForgeRock platform
Capable of providing thought leadership internally and externally to the industry on CIAM
Ability to drive adoption of agreed upon CIAM Solution Architectures and CIAM guiding principles by dev teams, and is responsible for driving the evolution of CIAM, focusing on process, design and user experience requirements of CIAM
Bachelor's Degree
6 or more years of technical experience
3 or more years of management experience
Solid understanding of operations, technology, communications and processes
Possess 10 years of progressive experience leading continuous improvement efforts, evaluating existing systems and implementing process improvements.
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications:
5 years of management experience
10 years of technical experience
Master's degree
