Description

The Voice CECP - Senior Product Manager conceives of, develops, delivers, and manages products for customer use. The Voice CECP - Senior Product Manager work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Responsibilities

The Voice CECP - Senior Product Manager understands the strategic vision of the organization and develops the product vision. They are responsible for aligning the program roadmap to the portfolio canvas. Their focus will be on voice capabilities within the Consumer Experience Centered Platform (CECP). The product manager meets with business stakeholders at the Vice President, Director, Manager, and professional levels to understand & represent the voice of the customer. They lead product owners in a matrix fashion assisting them in decomposing features into stories. The product owner leads team calls composed of 3-5 product owners, IT designers, architects & other key team members. They are responsible for prioritization, and issue resolution decisions, which at times are ambiguous. Work is performed without direction. This individual exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Product Owner

Experience driving teams and management to decisions

Experience working with cross functional teams

Experience working with various teams simultaneously

Experience systematically analyzing problems, drawing relevant conclusions, and devising appropriate courses of action

Core business hours align to Eastern Standard Time (EST)

Must have ability to support after-hours releases based on business need

Experience in managing and gathering requirements from stakeholders

Ability to effectively break down barriers to maintain progress on initiatives

Work-At-Home Requirements

WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role). A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mbps download x 10mbps upload) is required.

A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

Preferred Qualifications

Contact center design experience related to telephony

Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira Align

Experience with Microsoft Visio

Diplomatic with strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills

Healthcare insurance industry experience

Covid-19 Vaccine Policy

Humana and its subsidiaries require vaccinated associates who work outside of their home to submit proof of vaccination, including COVID-19 boosters. Associates who remain unvaccinated must either undergo weekly negative COVID testing OR wear a mask at all times while in a Humana facility or while working in the field.
