ADP is hiring a Senior Manager, Procurement Systems in either our Norfolk, VA or our Roseland, NJ office. This is a hybrid role.
The ADP Senior Manager, Procurement Systems, is a global functional manager position responsible for supporting all ADP Procurement systems, including P2P, T&E, Contingent Workforce Management, and others. This position works closely with ADP Associates in IT, Accounts Payable, HR, Finance and Procurement and acts as the liaison between these departments and the technical representatives from ADP to maintain these systems.
In this role, you will...
Lead the team in identifying and implementing improved processes for system maintenance and optimization while enhancing operational processes to ensure data and transactional integrity.
Drive global system implementations, upgrades and application testing; collaborating with international colleagues and stakeholders in different geographies, time zones, and languages while coordinating system enhancement requests and the development of fixes with software providers.
Provide advanced functional and technical application support to ensure that the Procurement systems continue to operate in accordance with the service level agreement for each application, including troubleshooting complex application errors and technical issues.
Perform critical data analysis to proactively identify and escalate potential issues.
Lead the effort to collect and analyze data and establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions while creating reports for internal teams using graphs, infographics and other methods to visualize data.
Obtain key data analytics for purchasing team members and procurement senior management while gathering and analyzing data and financial metrics through sophisticated reporting tool sets.
Expert at the support and management of the eProcurement platforms while championing the use and application of other Procurement spend management applications, systems and tools.
Work with key procurement leaders and company managers to identify product/platform changes, cost savings and other opportunities.
Track and report key functional metrics to improve effectiveness and reduce costs.
Intermediate project management skillset and full understanding of project and software lifecycle methodology.
Create a positive team environment with open communication which is motivational to the team.
Develop and inspire team to be confident and grow within the team/organization.
Strive to develop talent on the team by adhering to StandOut tool and guidelines.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
High level of expertise in MS office.
Demonstrated experience in data analysis using MS Excel functions, tables, pivots, and formulas.
Minimum five - seven years experience with procure to pay systems and travel and expense platforms.
Team player with the ability to perform in high pressure situations.
Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, presentation and listening skills.
Must have the ability to think and act in both a strategic as well as tactical/operational manner with the ability to provide leadership in a professional manner while adapting to different personalities and experience levels of each team member.
Working with a high volume of internal and outside business partners requires a high level of business sophistication, adaptability and experience to ensure that commercial objectives are maximized while important business and partnership relationships remain intact.
1-2 years experience managing a team, preferably in the technology space.
