This position is a senior IT business partner to the Global Supply Chain, Digitization Excellence function within the GPS Global Supply Chain business unit a ccountable for the strategic planning and delivery of IT digital capabilities. This role will partner with Global Supply Chain senior management to identify and deliver digital capabilities that have the highest business impact across the GPS Supply Chain function.
Roles/Responsibilities:
Responsible for the strategic planning of digital capabilities across the Global Supply Chain function including Supply Chain Process Excellence, Supply Chain Planning,Product Master Data Management, and Serialization.
Responsible for the development of long-term (24-36 month) roadmaps identifying digital capabilities that have the greatest impact on business capabilities worldwide.
Responsible for developing strategic and collaborative partnerships with senior leaders in the Global Supply Chain business unit in collaboration with the Digitization Excellence leads.
Ability to become the trusted partner and advisor to all stakeholders in Global Supply Chain by demonstrating deep domain knowledge in multiple Global Supply Chain functions and technologies.
Responsible for the communication, implementation and operation of the Digital Capability Governance process.
Demonstrate matrix leadership of IT resources in other IT functions: responsible for ensuring that all IT functions are successful in their delivery of services to Global Supply Chain. Key matrix IT partner functions include internal and strategic external partners. Skills/Qualifications:
8 years experience Master's Degree preferred
Ability to lead the strategic planning and implementation of enterprise digital capabilities.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, influence and partner with senior business leaders.
Strong knowledge of current good manufacturing/clinical processes ( GxP ), particularly as relates to IT (21 CFR Part 11, Data Integrity, FDA Metrics, etc ).
Implementation of large scale global digital capabilities related to ERP processes in manufacturing(clinical/commercial), product master data, plant operations and supply chain.
