Job Summary
Plan, implement, and evaluate projects according to predetermined timelines and budgets. Builds and leads project teams ensuring quality control throughout the project lifecycle. Accomplishes project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities.
Job Description
Seeking a Project Manager with Telecommunications Engineering background. Uses knowledge of Outside Plant and Inside Plant practices and procedures.
This position attends the Atlanta, GA The Battery Comcast office in a hybrid and flexible work environment.
Core Responsibilities:
Communicates efficiently in oral as well as written form and across all levels: up, down, and laterally.
Uses problem solving, data analysis, and good listening skills as well as is adept at finding resolutions.
Demonstrates strong people leadership and management skills.
Works with various managers and leaders to lay out project implementation guidelines as well as plan for workforce and/or other resource requirements.
Leads projects of major importance to overall business operations by reporting status, tracking delays, and making required adjustments in the development as well as implementation of project plans.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with network and video architectures such as NGAN/XNET and IP video is a plus.
Proficiency using P2, ECAF, VIZ PORTAL, Visio, Tableau, Watch Tower, SCOUT, SPATIALNET, Medallia, Kronos, CIFA, Spectra and/or Tupelo is preferred but not required.
