LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT MANAGERThe\u00A0Learning\u00A0and Development Manager will create and conduct leadership education programs for various groups within the business. This role will contribute to Pilgrim\u2019s broader leadership development strategy by using a hands-on approach to both classroom and virtual training as well as content design.RESPONSIBILITIES:\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Partner with Operations and HR Leaders in the field to better understand their training and development needs.\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Design, develop, implement, and evaluate company-wide training programs with an increased focus on virtual design and delivery.\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Design, develop and implement experiential learning activities.\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Analyze training evaluations to modify and improve existing programs and/or develop new training programs.\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Create and distribute marketing documents for training programs.\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Develop multimedia visual aids and presentations.\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Support the development and maintenance of Culture & Talent team processes and procedures.\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Contribute to the management of the budget for training programs.\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Provide\u00A0Pilgrim\u2019s team members with world-class classroom training, virtual training, demonstrations, meetings, conferences, and workshops.QUALIFICATIONS:\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Demonstrated experience building and maintaining strong business relationships.\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Minimum of 5 years of related experience, preferably within a medium to large food manufacturing\u00A0company.\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Preferred Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Business, Organizational Development, Leadership, HR, or related field.\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Experience designing and measuring leadership development initiatives.\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, adult learning, and instruction for individuals and groups both in person and online.\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Results oriented, team player with an eye for detail.\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Strong background knowledge of the Company and the operations.\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Strategic thinker.\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus.\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Approximately 75% travel required.\u00A0EOE/Disabled/Vet\u00A0\u00A0
