If so, we might have just the opportunity you're looking for! Idaho National Laboratory’s (INL) Business Management directorate is seeking forward-thinking professionals who are interested in exploring a career as a Program Manager for Financial Systems.
This individual will report to the Chief Operations Officer for Business Management and will provide leadership and execution of key projects in the finance systems portfolio with an emphasis on the Payroll/ Time Billing Initiative.
Our team works a flexible hybrid or telework /9x80 schedule with every other Friday off.
Responsibilities Include:
Portfolio management of financial business systems
Successful implementation of payroll divestment project that meets scope, schedule, and cost
Successful management of vendors that support project management.
Cross organizational collaboration and integration
Stakeholder engagement and expectation management
Qualities desired
Project management:
Demonstrated record of successful project execution and implementation that meets scope, schedule, and cost
Demonstrated success in implementing a vendor management strategy
Strong capability in communications and change management
Strategic planning:
Capable of developing and implementing a program portfolio that aligns with directorate initiatives.
Experience with conducting assessments, identifying gaps, and making recommendations towards optimal business systems.
Financial processes:
Demonstrated record of process improvement initiatives in finance or payroll
Familiar with or worked with maintaining/ implementing financial SaaS systems
Additional Qualities desired:
Familiarity with Oracle HCM solutions and time billing systems
Ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams to deliver successfully to plan.
Effectively manage project scope, schedule, and budget.
Familiarity with payroll processes

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Project Management or Systems Engineering plus 8 years relevant experience OR a MS plus 6 years relevant experience.

Salary Grade 230 ($121,212 - $206,232)
