Aon is looking for a PBM Implementation Project Manager!As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting Health Solutions from our Bloomington, MN office but with flexibility to other locations such as (Chicago, IL and Atlanta, GA).Your impact as a PBM Implementation Project ManagerAs a PBM implementation Project Manager, you will serve as a subject matter expert, applying operational acumen and business best practices to oversee successful pharmacy benefit management implementations. Aon is looking to meet the market’s demands by building out implementation services offerings for Health Plans transitioning to a new PBM. You will own the build-out of the implementation services offering for Aon’s Health Plan consulting division and will deploy and continue to supervise Health Plan Implementation Services as the key champion of this product. This client-facing individual will partner with clients, building relationships, applying their pharmacy benefit management expertise, and supporting clients through their implementation by providing project management oversight.Job Responsibilities:Own build-out of Health Plan Implementation Services processes and offeringGuide and support end-to-end pharmacy benefit management (PBM) implementation through planning, prioritizing, and organizational skills to minimize member disruption and create a smooth PBM transition.Provide positive onboarding experience by deploying project plan, creating rules of engagement and a communication plan with the client and PBMEstablish and build relationships with internal and external partners.Foster strategic alignment by actively communicating and understanding client needsArticulate/track/report project status, ensuring projects remain on course, on time, and on budget for go live readiness.Proactively identify risk indicators and share creative mitigation strategies to overcome hurdlesSolicit client feedback and ensure that the implementation process is carried out to the client’s satisfactionOversight of system access/testing, including pre and post implementation benefit testing and auditsUnderstand and effectively translate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences, including upper managementOther duties as assigned.You Bring Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired Experience:Minimum of 3-5 years of pharmacy benefit experienceMinimum of 4 years of experience as a project manager in a related field requiredBachelor’s degree, Project management coursework, certification, or equivalent work experience - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or working towards PMP certificationTravel required (approximately 25%)Preferred Experience:2 years CMS specific experience within Medicare and Medicaid preferredHealthcare experience, specifically pharmaceutical (pharmacy/PBM), preferredDetail and process-oriented with strong organization, multi-tasking and tracking skillsIntermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office in Microsoft Project, Excel, Outlook, and Teams, and WebexAbility to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast paced, ever changing work environmentWillingness to establish new processes and cultivate new products with the teamIndependently driven, self- motivated and naturally curious individualsComfortable with a startup-like environment working with an agile core team within the larger Aon corporationProven ability to build rapport and trust quicklyStrong interpersonal skills & comfort in leading client-facing meetings Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skillsEducation:Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or business.We offer youA competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.Our Colleague Experience:From helping clients gain access to capital after natural disasters, to creating access to health care and retirement for millions, Aon colleagues empower results for our clients, communities, and each other every day.
